Oriental Salad

Oriental Salad, or Asian Salad, or Ramen Noodle Salad; by any name it is yummy. It’s usually a base of shredded cabbage or bagged coleslaw with a package of dry ramen noodles crumbled up and added, and a dressing using the seasoning packet from the noodles. A versatile recipe, this salad makes a large batch, and is a staple at potlucks and holiday menus. Enjoy!
